The Mae Fah Luang chicken is a special native Thai breed developed in the highlands of Northern Thailand. It was created through the Mae Fah Luang Foundation’s efforts to help local farmers earn a better income while preserving traditional livestock genetics.

These chickens are known for being strong, healthy, and well adapted to the mountain climate. They grow well on natural forage, are excellent free-range birds, and produce flavorful meat and good-quality eggs. Their calm nature and attractive plumage make them a favorite among small farmers and community farms.

Today, the Mae Fah Luang chicken is a symbol of sustainable farming, resilience, and Thailand’s commitment to supporting rural communities.

2. ISA Brown – Our Superstar Egg Layers

ISA Brown chickens are one of the most popular egg-laying breeds in the world. They are known for their gentle nature, friendly personalities, and their amazing ability to lay up to 300 brown eggs per year.
